Neo-Neocon: The legal question is not whether immigrants have a right of entry

"I’ve not seen anyone claiming—in the legal sense, that is, rather than the moral sense—that everyone has a right of entry to this country. The more valid question (as Yankee implies) is what branch of the US government gets to decide who is eligible and under what statutes with what restrictions (if any), and also whether the Constitution itself contains any limitations on this power to decide who to admit."

A rare thoughtful and rational post on a right-wing blog.
